CHEROKEE ROCK VILLAGE

Cherokee Rock Village is a 200 acre County owned park located
on Shinebone Ridge west of Leesburg. Enormous sandstone
and quartz formations rise to 150 feet and measure 70 feet
wide in some areas. The panoramic view of the valley and beautiful Weiss Lake from the top of the village is breathtaking! On a clear day there is a view from Rome, Georgia to Gadsden, Alabama.
